Antur Cymru Enterprise has been appointed as a delivery partner for the newly launched Kickstart Scheme which is a 6-month paid job opportunity that local employers can benefit from. The Government scheme provides fully-funded opportunities for employers to give young people work experience.
Key points:
- The scheme is open to businesses who can employ young people aged 16-24, who are claiming Universal Credit and are at risk of long-term unemployment.
- Antur Cymru Enterprise are now accepting applications from eligible businesses in South, West, Mid and North Wales.
- Antur Cymru Enterprise will manage the application process and the administration of the employee during the 6 months employment period, arranging wage payments and PAYE deductions.
- Businesses can apply for multiple employees.
