Babita’s Northern Indian Cuisine is fine food business that has traditionally operated as a street food business but also selling packaged spice mixes. We worked with Babita’s through the Catalyst Project at the University of Wales Trinity St David’s. Starting before lockdown the advice continued seamlessly through the following months and resulted in:
- A new business model, designed in the light of the COVID-19 Crisis.
- A review of the existing branding.
- Advice was offered on marketing and packaging.
- Brand design concepts were completed.
Babita is now repositioned from ‘street food’ to Northern Indian Cuisine and has entered the ready meals market, selling through food hubs and online.
